General Building Corporation has been involved in construction in South Florida for over 40 years.  The company and its founder, Sidney Hubschman, have been involved in constructing over three thousand residences, numerous commercial and residential swimming pools, and several large-scale industrial manufacturing facilities.

In recent years, General Building Corporation, has concentrated on luxury developments of single-family homes and pools. The company is also offering a line of high-quality modular homes tailored for individual homebuyers and multi unit real estate investors.
